Masifunde Learner Development

Masifunde Learner Development NPC is a public benefit organisation founded in 2003, which runs a holistic youth development programme in Nelson Mandela Bay, South Africa.
 
All our activities and programmes are implemented by a multi-national team of motivated young professionals. We currently train over 350 motivated and talented learners to become multipliers of knowledge: changemakers and active role models within their community. We utilise an all-embracing training process which focuses on personality building, life skills training, academic support and extra-curricular activities.

Vision

Our vision is a united society in which everyone is empowered through high quality education to participate pro-actively and confidently in societal issues and thereby initiating positive change in their own lives and the lives of others.​

Mission

To bring our vision into reality we provide educational support in a holistic and sustainable manner to motivated learners from previously disadvantaged communities.

Our educational support includes bursaries, life skills training, and extra-curricular activities in the fields of arts, media and sport.
