Ilifa Labantwana is a South African early childhood development (ECD) programme that works to secure an equal start for all children living in South Africa, through universal access to quality ECD.
Our goal is to enable an additional 1 million children, aged zero to five, to access quality ECD through the Early Learning Subsidy over the next five years.
