Being in the field of policing, community policing and safety since 1995.

Experienced in working with community police forums, neighbourhood watches and strengthening the relationships between the police and the community. Led and initiated various community mobilization campaigns and projects and programmes against crime to supplement policing functions. Completed a Master's Degree in Public Administration with thesis focus on integrated approaches to policing, at the University of Stellenbosch. Currently a part time student at the Nelson Mandela University doing my MA (Conflict Transformation & Management).
