My motivation to join SaferSpaces:

I am the Founder of SmilingOne.

In 2008 I started our first prison project at Brandvlei Maximum Prison and registered our NPO arm to be able to raise funds: The SmilingOne Foundation (SOF): 080 470 NPO. 

The past 13 years I have been active in 8 different prisons in the Western Cape - deeply immersed in addressing the wound of those lost on their journey. Crime is a symptom. 

I specialise in educating Change Agents/Coaches inside prison. I make use of the principles of my depth coaching methodology THE RESPONSIBLE INDIVIDUAL. You can read more here: www.circlesofchange.academy/the-change-agent

I have assisted dozens of ex-offenders reintegrate and build a bridge back home in their communities. Many of the them start their own projects and entrepreneurial ventures. Some of the Change Agents - who have been deeply committed in their coach education with my academy are hired into funded School Projects to guide youth at risk: www.circlesofchange.academy/ravensmead-project

I have developed my own depth coaching methodology which I have taken to 8 Western Cape Prisons the past 13+ years. I educate leaders, coaches and entrepreneurs. We have incredible evidence = zero recedivism of those who train with us as coaches/change agents.

My personal values based leadership programs have been quality assured for prisons in the Western Cape. I also take my programs into corporates where I assist executives and their teams. I have a big portfolio of evidence from the past 15 years in leadership development - from prisons to boardrooms.
