My motivation to join SaferSpaces:

I hold a National Higher Diploma in Public Health and various qualifications in safety combined with 30 years experience in the field. I founded Neighbourhood Safety in 2020 just before the national state of disaster began.

Using my skills and experience, I provide a variety of training session for home owner's associations, retirement villages, schools and business in safety and crime prevention.

Neighbourhood Safety does not only provide information and training on crime and violence, but also to create awareness about environmental and public safety hazards in neighbourhoods and workplaces in and around South Africa.

I started my career with the department of labour in 1986. I have been involved in Safety ever since. My background is focused on "safety" related laws and bylaws and how companies and communities can ensure these laws are complied with.
