My motivation to join SaferSpaces:
WWSOSA is a coalition of organisations, churches and survivor support groups that are working in the faith sector to conscientise faith leaders and faith comunities to take sexual and gender based violence more seriously, respond appropriately to SGBV survivors, offer safe spaces, and also to speak out against SGBV in their teachings and practices. We believe the faith sector has infrastructure and persuasive influence that should be harnessed in the struggle to end sexual and gender based violence in South Africa.

Expertise
We have over 180 coalition members, who offer diverse expertise. WWSOSA's Coordination Hub serves to offer networking spaces to link partners to one another, open opportunities for joint advocacy around key topical issues related to sexual and gender based violence.
Training
We have over 180 coalition members, who offer diverse expertise. WWSOSA's Coordination Hub serves to offer networking spaces to connect partners to other partners who can offer the technical training they need, and it creates joint reflection and learning spaces - all related to sexual and gender based violence and gender transformation in the faith sector.
