Pathfinders Leadership Academy is a Mitchells Plain based company working with at-risk youth mainly in the education sector by interacting with learners from grades 3 to 12. Our programme teaches lifes skills related to health, safety at school, anti-bullying as well as drug prevention and intervention. Part of our programme involves synchronised drilling and physical exercise to maintain order, focus, team-building and discipline.
